Arriving at 9 pm, we found that the room wasn't ready, and the thin walls made it hard to sleep due to noise. However, having a Hot Tub was a nice touch. The hotel location was convenient and close to restaurants and activities, but some noise disturbances were noted until 2:30 am. The service, though helpful and attentive, had some uncomfortable moments like being assigned a smoking room due to booking error. The dining experience was mixed, with nice aspects but limited variety and quality in coffee and waffles. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement in several areas.
